Drag and Drop Not Working

What Causes This

In version 1.0.3.5 and older, running SmoredBoard as Administrator prevents you from dragging and dropping sounds into the application.

This is a Windows security limitation. When an application runs with elevated (Administrator) privileges, Windows blocks drag-and-drop operations from non-elevated applications like File Explorer.

Solution

You can work around this limitation by:

1. 1. Use the built-in Add Sounds Page in SmoredBoard to add sounds instead of drag-and-drop
2. 2. Run SmoredBoard normally (not as Admin) when you need to add sounds, then restart as Administrator when you need keybinds to work
