Audio Looping

This guide explains why audio looping occurs and how to fix it.

What Causes Audio Looping?

Audio looping occurs when CABLE Output is accidentally configured as the microphone device while CABLE Input serves as the Virtual Mic.

This causes the audio from CABLE Input to be sent to CABLE Output, which is then sent back to CABLE Input, causing it to loop.

Solution

The fix is straightforward: change the "Your Microphone" device setting to any option other than CABLE Output.

Select your actual microphone instead.
